In line with our robust quality standards, the Trust provides meaningful learning opportunities with clear progression routes and ensures the best possible experience for each learner. This is achieved through the engagement of committed, qualified tutors and staff, the provision of ample, appropriate resources and suitable, local delivery venues.

Delivery to these standards is closely monitored using the following methods:
 

• Individual learner feedback following each workshop, course and activity
• Regular ‘follow-up’ of learners to track progression
• Partner and stakeholder surveys
• Independent evaluation reports
